Property maintenance can be messy and unpredictable. But does it have to be? As leaders in the property maintenance space, we have developed the Ladder of Maintenance Excellence to help property managers create reliable systems using Property Meld and become profitable powerhouses. The MX Summit will break down the Ladder, focusing on each critical step.

Effective Communication
Effective communication is at the foundation of the Ladder. This topic will focus on creating efficient, open lines of communication between all parties involved in the maintenance process.
Scheduling Efficiency
Ensuring the right resources are in the right place, at the right time, and in the most efficient way possible, is the key to this step. This topic will focus on how to use Property Meld to keep your processes moving smoothly and efficiently.
Staffing Efficiency
This focus area is all about increasing the output of your maintenance team. Tracking your billable and utilization rates can help determine how much revenue your team is accruing.
Preventative Maintenance
Put simply, fixing things before they break is the focus of the final topic. This will allow you to budget small amounts over time and reduce the risk of costly emergency repairs.
